COMMENTS: Pulsed photolysis at 193 nm of a NO2/CF3I mixture, followed by time-resolved Fourier transform spectroscopy; spectral resolution 30 cm -1, i.e., ∼0.2 nm at 240 nm reducing to ∼0.4 nm at 370 nm
